This is not a rigid protocol.

Sometimes you’ll come in to activate.
Other times, you’ll come in to recover.

A 30-minute activation session might look like this:
- Begin with the Cold Plunge: A full immersion for 1–2 minutes to spark alertness, increase dopamine, and activate brown fat thermogenesis.
- Transition to Power Plate®: A full-body 20-minute workout or lymph-activating sequence to stimulate circulation, muscle engagement, and vibrational wake-up.
- Keep the Red Light On Throughout: Let red and near-infrared light bathe your skin and mitochondria as you move—enhancing performance, nitric oxide release, and cellular energy.
You leave feeling charged, alert, and centered.
- Begin with the Cold Plunge: A full immersion for 1–2 minutes to spark alertness, increase dopamine, and activate brown fat thermogenesis.

If Your Intention Is Recovery
You’re here to regulate, downshift, and restore.
Maybe after travel, overstimulation, emotional stress, or post-workout.  A 30-minute recovery session might look like:
- Begin with a brief Cold Plunge dip: 30 seconds to 1 minute to calm inflammation and redirect blood flow.
- Gently move on the Power Plate®: 5–8 minutes of light whole-body vibration with mindful stretching to activate lymphatic flow and soothe tight fascia.
- End in stillness in front of the Red Light: Sit quietly for 15–20 minutes, supporting cellular energy restoration, hormonal balance, and parasympathetic recalibration.Â
